Pre-Treatment

5 Tanks 7000mm long, 2400mm high, 600mm wide.

Full aluminium pre-treatment from Chemetall is provided for all mill finish aluminium and consists of:-

  1. 1. Acid bath of Chemetall metal-etch 29/L at 3-6%

  2.     concentration for 2-10 minutes.

  3. 2. Agitated fresh water rinse.

  4. 3. Chromate bath of Chemetall chromacoat T3A/T3B

  5.     for 3-5 minutes.

  6. 4. Agitated fresh water rinse.

  7. 5. Final rinse and dry.

Pre-treatment services are also available using Chemetall procedures for black steel, painted material, stainless steel and blue coated steel.

Powder Coating Booth

Enclosed automatic reverse pulse booth           7000mm deep, 2400mm high, 3500mm wide.


We recommend Dulux® Powder Coating Products and perform all powder coating strictly to Dulux® preparation and application specifications.

Powder Coating Oven

Oven

Direct gas fired force convection batch oven    7000mm deep, 2400mm high, 2300mm wide.
