Sunstate Coatings operate a brand new state of the art Powder Coating plant at our facility at Coopers Plains, only 13 kilometres from Brisbane CBD. This multimillion dollar investment utilises state of the art equipment supplied by industry experts Emjay, Dulux and Chemetall. Our facilities are new, well laid out and we have easy access and space for carefully managing your work. We specialise in coating extrusions easily handling lengths up to 6.5 metres.
Our brand new Powder Coating system offers an advanced level of technical capabilities and exacting standards of quality control. From receipt through initial dip treatment, coating, oven and drying, our processes and procedures are designed to produce quality work.
